Lab, pilot plant, industrial plants.
Three scales that no other player operates end to end. Each validates and corrects the others, and all of them feed one data model – the basis for finding where carbonation works next.
Luma: carbonation at high throughput.
Our laboratory in Vienna runs standardised carbonation trials on mineral residues such as combustion ashes (MSWI bottom ash, biomass ash), steel slags (LF, BOF, EAF), refractory materials and construction waste.
Same protocol every time, so results compare across materials, sites and years. That breadth is what the data model learns from.
Nautilus: the process plant at your site.
Nautilus is our 1,000 kg/h process plant, to be built at partner sites on real residues and real CO2 sources.
Digitally logged from day one, it will be the proof under load – and the third source of data for the model. Larger industrial plants follow.
